Advocatenkantoor / Octrooi- en Merkenbureau Koomen en Brons is a public partnership of lawyers (Advocaten).
We offer a wide range of services in the field of intellectual/industrial property (patents, trademarks and designs), such as:
- the filing and prosecuting of patent applications, trademark and design applications in all countries
- conducting infringement and nullity proceedings before the District Courts and Courts of Appeal
- preparation of opinions on legal validity and infringement questions concerning intellectual property rights
- advising on and preparation of license agreements, know-how and confidentiality agreements
